revue bien complète sur un produit qu'on utilise plutôt souvent en soins palliatifs et qui est d'ailleurs très utile et c'est regrettable qu'il ne soit pas sur le formulaire de la RAMQ pour utilisation hors centre hospitallier, car il pourrait être utilisé plus facilement en maison de soins palliatifs et à domicile surtout en phase terminale et à l'occasion comme co analgésique par voie orale
